Terms of use
Website terms and important disclosures for transport inquiries.
Effective and last updated: August 12, 2026
Acceptance and website purpose
These Terms govern your use of blackmontlogistic.com, operated by Blackmont Logistic LLC. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy. The site provides general company information and a channel for transport, support, billing, and owner-operator inquiries. It is not a load board, employment portal, payment service, or substitute for a written transportation agreement.
No quote, booking, or contract through the website
A form submission, automated receipt, preliminary estimate, phone call, or email exchange does not by itself create a binding quote, confirmed pickup, transportation contract, employment relationship, owner-operator agreement, or guarantee of work. Availability, price, equipment, route, timing, payment, insurance allocation, cancellation terms, claims procedures, and the responsible parties must be accepted in the applicable written agreement, rate confirmation, work order, or bill of lading. If those documents conflict with this website, the signed transaction documents control for that transport.
Carrier role and independent operators
Blackmont Logistic is preparing to operate as a motor carrier providing vehicle transportation. Interstate for-hire transportation will not begin unless and until the required FMCSA operating authority is active and applicable insurance filings are effective. Future accepted moves may be performed using company-controlled equipment or qualified owner-operators operating under applicable written agreements and authority. Nothing on this site appoints Blackmont as your agent or creates a brokerage relationship. Company identifiers shown on the site are provided for reference; users should verify current authority and insurance information in official FMCSA records when relevant to a transaction.
Your information and vehicle disclosures
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and complete details concerning the vehicle, title or authorization to release it, operating condition, modifications, dimensions, value, pickup and delivery access, and any circumstance that may affect safe loading or transport. Do not place undisclosed personal property, hazardous materials, contraband, weapons, or unlawful items in a vehicle. Material omissions may change pricing, equipment needs, timing, or acceptance of the transport.
Schedules, condition, payment, cancellation, and claims
Website descriptions and requested dates are not guarantees. Actual pickup and delivery depend on the accepted written arrangement, route, traffic, weather, mechanical conditions, access, and other operational factors. Inspection, bill-of-lading, payment, cancellation, storage, personal-property, and cargo-claim requirements are governed by the applicable transaction documents and law. Report any condition issue promptly and follow the written claims procedure; this website does not extend a contractual or statutory claim period.
Owner-operator inquiries
An owner-operator submission is only a request for review. It does not guarantee qualification, onboarding, loads, rates, minimum volume, employment, or an independent-contractor relationship. Any future relationship is subject to credential, safety, equipment, insurance, authority, and contract review and must be documented separately.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not submit unlawful or misleading information; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the site; scrape or copy content for a competing service; impersonate another person; or use Blackmont’s names, logos, photographs, design, or other content without written permission. Site content is owned by or licensed to Blackmont and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party services and links
The site may depend on hosting, email, mapping, security, and other third-party services or link to official or external resources. Blackmont does not control an independent third party’s availability, content, security, or terms. A link does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties concerning uninterrupted access, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Blackmont is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of or reliance on the public website. Nothing here excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or changes a responsibility expressly accepted in a signed transportation document.
Governing law, severability, and changes
These website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal transportation law controls. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these Terms prospectively; the effective date above identifies the version governing current website use.
